General: OCTU meetings are held September through May of each year at King's Family Restaurant (community room) Route 8 & 62 (Allegheny Avenue) between Franklin and Oil City, PA. Meet for Dinner at 5:30 (Optional); 6:30 PM Chapter and Board concurrent membership meeting. 

Meeting is open to the general public.
